  • 2 Mission Wheat & White Wraps

  • 3 Eggs

  • 6 Bacon Rashers

  • 2 Sausages

  • 1 Tin of Baked Beans

  • 100g Cheese, grated

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 200C.

  • Step 2

    Cook the sausages by adding to a baking try and placing in the oven for 40 minutes, or cook using your preferred method, once cooked leave on the side to cool slightly.

     

  • Step 3

    Cook the bacon by placing on a lined baking tray with tin foil in the oven, or cook using your preferred method, once cooked leave on the side to cool slightly.

  • Step 4

    Cut up the cooked sausages into discs and the cooked bacon into thumb sized chunks.

  • Step 5

    In a medium sized bowl, add the beans, cheese, sausage and bacon chunks, mix until combined – this is your breakfast filling!

  • Step 6

    Lay down your wrap flat and spread half the breakfast filling onto half of the wrap leaving a 2cm space around the edge.

  • Step 7

    Create an indent in the mixture on the wrap and carefully crack an egg onto each wrap, making sure it doesn’t overflow.

  • Step 8

    Beat the third egg in a mug – this is your egg wash!

  • Step 9

    Lightly brush the edge of the wrap and carefully fold the wrap on, using a fork press crimp along the edge pressing down firmly.

  • Step 10

    Place the wrap melts on a lined baking tray, gently brush the top of the wraps with the egg wash and place in the pre-heated oven.

  • Step 11

    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown – serve with your favourite breakfast condiment and enjoy!
