  • 1 Mission Original Deli Wrap

  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 40g Proscuitto, finely sliced

  • 60g Brie cheese, slice

  • A few wild rocket leaves

  • Step 1

    Gently warm both sides of the Deli Wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface.

  • Step 2

    Spread the mustard evenly over it and arrange the sliced prosciutto up to about 2 cm from the edges, arrange the cheese over the prosciutto and place the rocket leaves on top to cover the filling.

  • Step 3

    Carefully roll up the deli wrap trying to maintain a tight roll.Cover with a piece of cling film and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • Step 4

    To serve cut the roll into 5 cm pieces, discarding the edges.
