1 Mission Original Wrap
2 slices Parma Ham
1 tbsp red pepper pesto
1/4 yellow pepper (slices)
50g Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Small bunch of basil leaves
Spread the pesto over one half of the wrap and add Parma ham, peppers and basil.
Top with two thirds of the cheese and cover filling with other half of the wrap, forming a semi-circle shape.
Fold again in the middle to form a triangle and place the remaining cheese on top of the wrap.
Bake in an oven for 5-8 minutes until cheese and wrap are lightly toasted.
