  • 4 Mission Original Mini Wraps

  • 1 egg white

  • 1-2 tsp ground

  • Cinnamon

  • Step 1

    Cut the wraps in half and brush each side of the wraps with egg white then roll them into a cone shape.

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and put on a large non-stick baking tray.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 25 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180C/160C fan/gas 4 until light golden and crisp.

  • Step 4

    Once cooled, serve with ice cream and sprinkles!
