Sausage Wraps

Ingredients

• 6 Mission Original Mini Wraps

• 6 sausages

• 2 tbsp French mustard

• 4 tbsp mayonnaise

• 3 Baby Gem lettuce, roughly chopped

Instructions

• Step 1

  Cook the sausages, turning regularly until golden.

• Step 2

  Mix together mayonnaise and mustard.

• Step 3

  Spread 1 tbsp of mustard mayonnaise on a Mission Deli Super Soft Original wrap and scatter lettuce on top.

• Step 4

  Place a sausage to one side of the wrap. Fold the bottom of the wrap over the sausage and then roll wrap to enclose sausage.

• Step 5

  Repeat with remaining 5 sausages.

• Step 6

  Serve immediately.

• Step 7

  Tip: Substitute mustard mayonnaise with any sauce you prefer or sweet chilli sauce for a twist on your sausage wraps!
