Wrap Quiche Base


Brush the wrap lightly with oil then gently push the wrap into an 18cm diameter tart or pie tin.

Bake in the oven for 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 190C/170C fan/gas 5 until golden and crisp.

Your quick and easy quiche base is now ready to fill with your favourite filling!

Suggested courgette filling:

Mix together the eggs, cheese, cream, crème fraiche, pesto and seasoning. Pour the mixture into the baked base and top with the spiralised courgette. Bake for 30 mins or until the mixture is set.

3 eggs
50g cheese, grated
150ml double cream
150ml crème fraiche
1 tbsp pesto
