Brush the wraps with a little olive oil on both sides.
Put two small heat-proof ramekins or bowls upside down on a baking tray and mould one wrap on top and around of each ramekin.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 mins at 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4.
Once the wraps are golden, take them out of the oven and place on a wire rack to cool and crisp up.
Fill the bowls with tasty chopped fruit.
Tip: try using these wrap bowls as an edible salad bowl!
