Method

Smear Quinoa & Chia wrap with low-fat cream cheese (a vegan coconut yoghurt tastes great too).

Scatter over a generous handful of your favourite sliced fresh fruit & berries.

Drizzle a little honey over the fruit if you like.

Add a few torn basil leaves for an interesting twist!

Roll up & enjoy!
