Simply Good Sourdough & Linseed Pizza

Method

Generously smear Sourdough & Linseed Wraps with tomato sauce.

Add a scattering of torn mozzarella and parmesan shavings.

Rip some fresh basil leaves over the cheese.

Drizzle with some good olive oil & pop in a hot oven on a baking tray for around 8 minutes until the cheese is melting.
