Method

Smear Quinoa & Chia wraps with a generous amount of natural thick yoghurt.

Scatter over a generous handful of mixed salad leaves.

Add slices of smoked salmon.

Top with diced soft boiled egg.

Sprinkle with fresh chives, dill & black pepper.

Roll up and enjoy!
