Gently warm both sides of the deli wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface and place the hummus across the middle, spreading some of it towards the edges.
Arrange the roast lamb slices over the hummus and place the red onion and fresh herbs on top, season with freshly ground black pepper. Fold the sides inwards to enclose the filling, and cut in half.
Serve at room temperature.

1 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
