Roast Chicken and Salad Wrap


Rub the chicken breast with oil and seasonings and cook both sides on a griddle pan on medium heat until cooked through. Cool slightly and cut into thick strips.

Spread mayonnaise across middle of a Mission Deli Super Soft Wheat & White wrap

Layer with salad leaves, chicken, pepper strips and some of the spiralised carrot (leave a little carrot aside for decoration).

Fold over bottom edge of wrap, then fold over sides.

Decorate wrap to make a face by using olive for the eyes, half a plum tomato for the nose and a piece of carrot for the mouth. Use some spiralised carrot for the hair and give your wrap character a name before serving!

1 small skinless chicken breast
1 tsp oil
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 pepper, in strips
Handful of salad leaves
1/2 carrot, spiralised

1 black olive, sliced
1/2 plum tomato
Piece of carrot
