Quinoa & Chia with Baked Sweet Potato

Method

Take some sweet potato wedges

Mix with a tin of drained chickpeas and sprinkle generously with Indian spices.

Pop on a few slices of Halloumi, then a drizzle of olive oil and bake in a hot oven until sizzling.

Pile onto wraps and add a dollop of thick yoghurt. 

Now, Enjoy!
