Prosciutto & Brie Rolls


Gently warm both sides of the Deli Wrap in a dry frying pan. Place it on a work surface.

Spread the mustard evenly over it and arrange the sliced prosciutto up to about 2 cm from the edges, arrange the cheese over the prosciutto and place the rocket leaves on top to cover the filling.

Carefully roll up the deli wrap trying to maintain a tight roll.Cover with a piece of cling film and keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. To serve cut the roll into 5 cm pieces, discarding the edges.
