Mix together the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Combine cooked prawns, celery and salad onion in a bowl.
Gently toss the mixture with the mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Season with salt, freshly ground black pepper and add coriander leaves and snipped chives.
Gently warm both sides of the Deli Wrap in a dry frying pan and place it on a work surface.
Arrange the prawn mixture at one end of the wrap and carefully fold the bottom over the filling, then fold in the twos ides and finish by rolling up the wrap until completely closed.
Cut in half and serve.
