Nacho Wrap Chips

Method


Brush each side of the wraps lightly with oil then sprinkle with paprika (optional) before cutting into small crisp-sized triangles.


Spread triangles on a large non-stick baking tray and bake for 12-15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180C/160C fan/gas 4 until golden and crisp.


Chunky guacamole dip

Put the tomatoes, red onion, avocado, lime juice, zest and seasoning into a bowl and use the back of a fork to lightly crush the ingredients together to make a textured guacamole.


Top with coriander leaves to serve with your wrap chips!
