In a bowl, whisk harissa with dash of oil and lemon juice and season to taste.
Add the roast vegetables and coat well.
Spoon some of the vegetable mixture onto middle of a Mission Deli Super Soft Wholemeal wrap and layer on some rocket leaves and a little crumbled feta.
Wrap up tightly and serve.
Tip: Serve with a cooling mint yogurt dip by mixing yoghurt with freshly chopped mint or mint sauce and season to taste.
