Brie and Cranberry Tart


Pre-heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.

Place the wrap onto a non-stick baking sheet. Spread the cranberry sauce in the centre of the wrap leaving a 3 cm border.

Break the brie into chunks and scatter over the cranberry sauce.

Brush the edges with egg white and fold them up over the sides of the filling, pinching the corners together.

Brush the top with egg white then bake in the oven for 20 mins.

Top with the spiralised beetroot and return to the oven for 5 mins.

Take out of the oven and leave to cool for 2 mins before serving.
