Beef Wellington Wrap


Heat a pan and spread olive oil and salt and pepper on both sides of the steak. Place it in the hot pan and sear on both sides to cook preference, remove and slice thinly.

Now heat the butter and garlic and fry the mushrooms until they are soft and begin to caramelise slightly. Remove from heat.

Place the Deli Wraps in the microwave on a low setting for 10 seconds to warm. Then spread onion chutney all over both wraps.

Place the mushrooms in the middle of the wraps, with the strips of steak on top, then fold in the bottom followed by the sides to make an open pocket sandwich.

Serve immediately.

200g sirloin steak
4 big flat field mushrooms, sliced
