BBQ Hot Tikka Wrap

Method

Marinate chicken, paneer or tofu in tikka paste and BBQ or pan fry until cooked (chicken will take longer).

For a quick raita, mix thick yoghurt with a little mint sauce and spread over a warm wrap.

Add the cooked tikka, with hot rice and spinach.

Add thinly sliced red onion, coriander and chilli if you like then roll it up burrito style and get stuck in!

Tikka paste
A handful of cooked basmati rice
50g grilled red peppers & red onions
Small handful fresh coriander
50g Raita (yoghurt & mint sauce) or thick yoghurt
Spinach leaves
Fresh chillies
